Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 Services now live

We have been trialling the Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services instead of first and second class 

It has been noticeable that the service on second class post seems to be getting slower and slower, with items sometimes taking over two weeks to arrive

The Tracked service seems much quicker at the moment and therefore, we are switching over to this for all UK customers going forward. Larger and heavier items will still have to go with Parcelforce 

There wll be no price increase at present, unless of course Royal Mail increase their prices at any point, so you will have the added advantage of tracking for the same price as the untracked ordinary post

When placing an order, if you can please provide a mobile number and valid email address, then Royal Mail should be able to send you updates on your parcel delivery
