We'd like to wish all of our customers a Happy New Year for 2024

A reminder to everyone that it's a national holiday in the UK on Monday 1st January 

Therefore, the Post Office, Royal Mail and all others carriers are closed, so we will be unable to despatch any items 

We are still processing and packing orders, so everything ordered over this weekend will be sent out on Tuesday 2nd January 2024

Please allow an extra day or two for your orders to arrive

Seriously, we realise there are other suppliers you could be using and we are very greatful that you choose to spend your hard earned money with us

In the New Year, we will be trialling a new postal service option with Royal Mail 

This will include both a Tracked 24 service, alongside a Tracked 48 service 

These will be both fully tracked, unlike the 'ordinary' first and second class options we currently use, but will not require a signature 

We will trial this for the first couple of weeks of the year, so if you choose first class, we will send as Tracked 24 and if you choose second class, we will send as Tracked 48 

We will monitor the delivery times and if to see if there is any improvement over the standard, untracked delivery options 

Just a quick reminder of the last posting dates: 

Second Class - Monday 18th December 
First Class  - Wednesday 20th December (amended)
Parcelforce 24 - Thursday 21st December 
Parcelforce 48 - Wednesday 20th December

We are already seeing delays in the post, even first class, so we would recommend you order as soon as possible and upgrade to first class if you can 

We will be posting right up until Saturday 23rd December, but once we've sent it, we are (quite literally) in the hands of Royal Mail!

As you all know, we have moved to Fed Ex and UPS for overseas customers as Royal Mail items are taking so long to arrive 

We are still using Royal Mail for UK deliveries and wanted to advise everyone of last UK Posting dates, which are as follows

Monday 18th December - Second Class 

Wednesday 21st December - First Class

We post every day, except Sunday, but we would still advise you to order in plenty of time if you require an order for Christmas, in case of unexpected weather issues or delays at Royal Mail
