Royal Mail are still not accepting overseas parcels at the Post Office due to ongoing IT issues, related to this cyber incident a couple of weeks ago

Where possible, we have posted what we can with alternative carriers and absorbed the extra cost, but this has not been possible for all locations

We are checking with Royal Mail daily for updates to see when we can resume posting to our overseas cusomers on a regular basis
