Just a reminder that it is Easter here in the UK this weekend The holiday means that both the Post Office and Royal Mail are closed on Friday 2nd and Monday 5th April They will both be working in a limited capacity on Saturday 3rd April, but this is most likely to cause post delays within the UK and any processing of mail going overseas If you have ordered anything this week or order anything next week, please allow a few extra days for it to arrive Happy Easter everyone!  Can we politely request that you double check your postal address before submitting your orders We are seeing an increased number of orders coming in with incomplete address, incorrect postcodes and various spelling errors We know you are ever so keen to get your order posted out, but please just take an extra moment to check it before you send it in We would hate to mis-address an order and end up with it coming back to us Thanks everyone  Just a quick (and polite) reminder, that if you require tracking for your purchase, please choose a tracked service at checkout The options for Signed For in the UK will provide you with a tracking number and this can be selected for either first or second class Overseas customers need to select International Signed For upon checkout and will then also receive a tracking number If you do not request and pay for this additional service at checkout then items will be sent on a non tracked service  |
