A short note to ask for your co-operation if possible please 

We have noticed an increasing number of orders and also enquiries coming through the website, where customers are entering either incorrect or incomplete details 

Unfortunately, this is causing us problems when the website is sending automatic email notifications relating to orders, or when we are trying to respond to questions 

We would like to re-assure you that we do not share your contact details with anyone else, spam relentlessly with marketing emails or make cold calls

We are seeing a spike in sales to overseas destinations, especially Canada, Australia and the USA

We have recently spotted that the cost of posting these items seems to have increased and this is not reflected in the postal costs we currently charge on the website

Therefore, you will notice that the cost of some postage options will increase. It will not be an increase across the board, we will just be raising costs where costs have gone up for us

As you know, we do try and get the best postage option for customers, but we do have to at least charge what we are paying to send items

Thanks to the assistance of our local Post Office, all orders placed prior to lunchtime today have now been posted 

If you have an outstanding order, hopefully it will be with you shortly

As per the message on the website, we were away last week and unable to post anything

We have worked over the weekend to pack all outstanding orders and hope to have everything posted on Monday (thanks to the assistance of our local Post Office)
