We understand that customers are starting to experience delays with all mail and even first class

We have raised this with Royal Mail and they have referred us to this statement on their website:

Important information:
During these unprecedented times, we continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail. However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this. Every item of mail is important to us, so we’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum

Therefore, please allow extra time for your item to arrive, especially in this month of Cyber offers and running up to Christmas 

It's only mid November, but Royal Mail last posting dates for both airmail and signed/tracked services are fast approaching for our overseas customers

We will be posting every working day, right up until Christmas, but if you need an item for the festive season, we would encourage you to buy as early as possible

Since the lockdown in the UK, online sales have boomed, meaning that all parcel/postal carriers are much busier than usual and expect to receive unusually high levels of items in the run up to Christmas

Saturday 12 December - Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, USA

Wednesday 16 December  - Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal,
Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland

Friday 18 December - Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg
