Royal Mail have increased all of their postage prices this month
We have reviewed the postage prices we currently offer and have tried to make them as competitive as possible Unfortunately, we are finding that the Royal Mail service overseas is still very poor, so have withdrawn this as an option and we are now using Fed Ex or UPS It is making some items more expensive to post, but we are trying to get the most reasonable prices we can from other carriers

Please note we are away for a couple of weeks and will be unable to despatch orders during this time
The website will be open for business and will accept payment, but we will not be able to send items out You can contact us via email, but just be aware we may take longer to reply than usual. However, we will not be taking phone enquiries All orders will be fulfilled once we return on 21st Royal Mail are still not accepting overseas parcels at the Post Office due to ongoing IT issues, related to this cyber incident a couple of weeks ago
Where possible, we have posted what we can with alternative carriers and absorbed the extra cost, but this has not been possible for all locations We are checking with Royal Mail daily for updates to see when we can resume posting to our overseas cusomers on a regular basis Thankyou for your patience Now in stock, a new set of 3d printed stencils to enable you to apply various names to your German tank collection
The set includes the ever popular Tiki, Katerina, Lulu and Elsa, amongst others Royal Mail have suffered a 'cyber incident' and that they are advising customers not to post overseas from the UK until it is resolved
Will update when we get further details Just arrived today!
We already stock their very popular kits for German vehicles and they have now added three American stowage based kits to their range Great detail and crisp finishing, just require a little fettling (and painting of course) Find them on our website in the Diorama and Sherman sections - £20 per kit plus postage Thanks to everyone who has ordered with us over the festive period
We are working today and getting all the orders sorted and packed Please note that the Post Office and Royal Mail are closed over the UK Bank Holiday period and do not re-open until Wednesday 28th December We will be posting everything on 28th and hopefully they will arrive with you relatively quickly We are aware that there are still backlogs within Royal Mail because of the strike dates in the run up to Christmas, but we are again hopeful that they will clear this quickly now it's a little quieter Just a quick note to say we hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas
We really appreciate your custom, along with the many contributions to our Facebook page Have a wonderful break! Last posting dates for items are approaching fast and with the industrial action disrupting the Royal Mail deliveries, we would encourage everyone to order as soon as they can if they need items in time for Christmas
9th December - USA and most European destinations (this is for International Tracked only) 12th December - UK Second Class 16th December - UK First Class If you are using a non tracked international service, anything ordered now is unlikely to reach you before Christmas We are posting every day as normal, but with the continued disruption, we just cannot guarantee when your items will arrive Apologies Hi everyone
We have been away from the blog for a while for technical reasons, but are back with updates now Unfortunately, the first one is to say we are seeing increasing delays with postal deliveries due to the industrial action at Royal Mail The postal service in the UK has been disrupted for the last few weeks with various days of strike action. Coupled with the fact that this time of the year is extra busy, we are seeing it is taking longer and longer for all postal items, both domestic and international, to arrive We have approached other carriers, but they too are swamped on the back of the Cyber Weekend in the UK and the busy Christmas period We are still posting every single day, but we will have to ask you to bear with us while your items are processed through the Royal Mail network |
